Our Goal is the be a top 10 Christmas Town Nationally!!

Here’s How We Are Going To Do It….

  • Downtown Sonora to be decked out with lights, garlands, ribbons, and bows including our light poles.
  • Every building will be outlined in lights with the Red Church being our focal point.
  • There will be a Santa’s Village in Courthouse Park with a mail box for kids to mail their letters to Santa. Maybe Santa will even read the letters on KAAD Radio? So Tune in!!
  • The rest of Courthouse Park will turn into Christmas Tree Lane, inviting local non-profits to decorate their own tree. Visitors and locals alike can meander through Court House Park taking in the beautifully decorated trees and create photographic memories to share!
  • Coffill Park will become a winter wonderland with a synthetic ice rink!!
